EIP Mining
EIP Diesel have developed a range of 4 and 6 cylinder naturally aspirated and turbo charged diesel
engines suitable for underground mining power applications. These
engines are based on the MWM Series 10 range of engines and feature a
power range from 81kW to 172kW. The engines have wet inlet
and outlet manifolds as well as water cooled turbochargers. This
makes them ideally suited to hazardous underground mining applications for both
vehicle and construction equipment variants.
With further
modifications they may be suitable for hazardous environment operations
where flameproofing and explosion protection are required.
