Senior Parts Interpreter
Rob Hansen
Rob brings with him loads of knowledge from previously working with EWP OEMs such as JLG and Mantiou and EWP rental companies. He also brings with him a wealth of knowledge with Forklifts and Telehandlers with all machines he has experience with all use Perkins, Kubota, Deutz and Yanmar engines.

Matthew has returned to EIP as our Senior technician and has a wide range of knowledge and expertise gained from working on small through to large multi-cylinder up to 10,000hp diesel engines.

“Ken from EIP diesel was lovely to deal with he helped us out so much and got us an engine that we needed for our machine quickly. We were supposed to have our engine delivered to us on Tuesday by Banisters Transport and it did not come nor did Banisters inform Ken it was not being delivered as usual. Ken called Banisters and asked them what was going on with the engine to which they replied to him saying that due to covid they were not going to deliver it to us. Ken then went out of his way without being asked and drove up to Newcastle himself, picked up the engine and personally delivered it to us. Ken’s service has given us the opportunity to have our machine back up and running ready for work.
Without Ken, we would not have been able to get back to work as quickly as we did.
